Sowohl international als auch in Deutschland nehmen Naturkatastrophen zu. Die Folgen dieser Ereignisse wirken sich auf menschliche Betätigungen aus. Dies deutet darauf hin, dass die Ergotherapie bei der Risikominderung von Katastrophen und der Reduktion ihrer Folgen eine Rolle spielt.
