Abstract-Vorschau

Oleanolic acid (OA) is an almost water insoluble (30µg/ml) induce a shift from apoptotic to necrotic cell death, which has been confirmed by LDH release. In summary we demonstrate that STE from mistletoe and OA (standard) are able to induce apoptotic and necrotic cell death of B16.F10 mouse melanoma cells.
