Introduction: The malignant tumors of the small intestine are very rare, approximately 1% of the gastrointestinal malignomas. Their incidence is 0.3–2.0: 100000 per person. The most frequent is the adenocarcinoma (50%), followed by the carcinoid tumors (20%), lymphoma (20%) and the leimyosarcoma (10%).
