Introduction: The Meckel's diverticulum in one of the most common congenital malformation of the gastrointestinal tract, occuring in 2–4% of the population. It is diagnosed mostly in the childhood due to some kind of complication. The most frequent clinical manifestation is the bleeding due to ectopic gastric mucosa.
