Immunotherapy is emerging as a novel treatment approach in children and adults with HGG. Based on preclinical data, we are running a cohort comparison trial HGG-IMMUNO-2003 for patients with relapsed HGG. Induction vaccines consist of mature DC loaded with tumor lysate.
