The goal: To estimate the efficacy and safety of brentuximab vedotin in heavily pretreated adolescent and young adults patients with refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients and methods: 21 patients with median age 24 (range 14 – 41) were treated by 6 cycles (range 2 – 16) of brentuximab vedotin.
