Background: EL102, a novel toluidine sulphonamide, is an orally available small molecule inhibitor of HIF1 a induced hypoxic signaling pathways. It is a dual-inhibitor of apoptosis and angiogenesis and positively tested for prostate cancer and multiple myeloma cells.
