Background: As long-term follow-up studies of patients with IBD and anti-TNF treatment are limited we assessed the outcome of our patients. Methods: The records of 267 patients (216 CD, 51 UC) treated with infliximab and/or adalimumab between 10/99 and 10/13 could be analysed.
