A 52-year-old patient with a fever for a day. Patient has known, pavd, rheumatoid arthritis since 8 years and taking MTX (Methotrexat). Sonographic examination show multiple echo poor liver lesions. In the SonVue – Sonography show the lesions peripheral Enhanecemnt. The CT also multiple liver/and spleen lesions with peripheral enhancement. Improvement of symptoms after pause of MTX and administration of antibiotic.…
