We report the case of a 23 years old refugee from ethiopia. He was admitted to our hospital because of fatique syndrom, weight los and abdominal pain. No coughing was reported by the patient. Clinical examination, laboratory tests, abdominal sonography and gastroscopy revealed acute gastritis. Quantiferon test was positive.
