Cutaneous Leiomyosarcoma A 48-year-old male patient presented with a sternally located skin tumor that histologically turned out to be a cutaneous leiomyosarcoma. The tumor had first been noted by the patient about 7 years ago. Further investigations showed no evidence of metastasis.
