Schlussfolgerung Die VEGF- und IL-6-Sekretion menschlicher Granulosazellen wird durch Gonadotropine reguliert. IL-6 stimuliert die VEGF-Sekretion von Granulosazellen. Diese Mechanismen könnten zur Entwicklung des ovariellen Überstimulationssyndroms (OHSS) beitragen.
