Purpose: to assess the intraobserver and interobserver variations in the estimation of the thyroid volume in 2D and 3D ultrasound modes and to compare the obtained results. Methods and Materials: 130 patients without any thyroid pathology and with various thyroid disorders were investigated by the same observer.
