Aims: Despite effectiveness of radical surgery and first-line chemotherapy, most patients (pts) with advanced ovarian cancer will relapse. Paclitaxel (P) in combination with C as second-line treatment improves the outcome of pts with platinum-sensitive ROC in comparison to C monotherapy.
