Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of multifocal cornea by excimer laser as a treatment of presbyopia. Method: There were 2 groups. Group 1 includes 36 eyes of 20 hyperopia patients and group 2 includes 36 eyes of 18 myopic patients. Preoperative spherical equivalent was +0.85 +/- 0.51 in group 1 and –4.82 +/- 2.49in group 2.
