A 66 years old female, with a history of surgical removal of thymus carcinoma, presented with progressive dysphagy and severe vomiting. Endoscopy revealed dilated tubular oesophagus, retention oesophagitis, mycosis and cardiac stenosis, manometry proved achalasia.
