We present the case of a 72 years old woman, diagnosed with chronic viral hepatitis C, who complained of fatigue, abdominal pain in the upper right quadrant. She had no fever, had a normal colored skin, heart rate 92/min, BP 140/90mmHg, abdominal palpation was painless, liver and spleen of normal volume at clinical exam.
