Eine verbesserte Methode der funktionellen aufsteigenden Beinphlebographie

Summary An improved phlebographic technique for the leg is described, consisting in the introduction of a wedgefilter. Rapid film sequence was made possible with a standing patient by a modification of a film changer producing 20× 96cm. films (Dr. GäRTNER and Dr. Reiser). The authors describe their own method and pay particular attention to practical details. Complications were very rare (2.5%) and consisted of orthostatic circulatory collapse following the injection of contrast. The authors have carried out 300 phlebograms by this technique.
