Methods: Seventy patients were prospectively evaluated by simultaneously recorded whole-head 306- channel MEG and 70-channel EEG in a 2 hour session. All patients were surgical candidates or were considered for an invasive EEG monitoring and had undergone an extensive presurgical evaluation at a tertiary epilepsy center.
