Demographic, clinical and immunological profile of patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes associated with well-characterized antineuronal antibodies

Objective: To identify demographic, clinical and immunological profile and outcome of patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS) associated with well-characterized antineuronal antibodies (anti-HuD, Yo, Ri, CV2, amphiphysin). Methods: We retrospectively investigated medical records from consecutive cases of definite PNS together with serological evidence of well-characterized antineuronal antibodies analyzed between 1992 and 2008.
