Template of Brainstem and Cerebellum based on Diffusion Tensor Imaging data and SUIT

Introduction: SUIT, Spatial Unbiased Infratentorial Template, has proven to be superior to standard MNI template for normalization of fMRI data when we are interested in function of brainstem and cerebellum. In order to improve analysis of infratentorial Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) data and to get a colour map template for coregistration of infratentorial lesions, we created a DTI-based SUIT.
