Synthetic lethality screens of vichem compounds in P53 mutant syngenic cell line models

Introduction: Kinase inhibitors are promising new class anticancer agents in gastrointestinal malignancies. Aims/methods: a focused compound library of 100 molecules was screened on wild type and p53 deficient colorectal cancer cell lines HCT116wt and HCT116-/-p53 to select a small subset of compounds for detailed characterization.
