Use of ultrasound exam as an objective tool in therapeutic triaged of patients with billiary and pancreatic disease in emergency department

Aim: Correct and rapid diagnosis is a pivotal to practice of emergency medicine. Bedside ultrasonography (US) could be useful to diagnosis the real billiary and pancreatic emergency. The retrospective clinical study analyzes the accuracy of US exam and the ratio of delayed/missing diagnosis.
