A fetus with IUGR in a mother with scleroderma – IUGR and scleroderma

We present a case of twenty –seven years old woman who remained pregnant after treatment for infertility for short luteal phase. First trimester screening and bitest were normal. Biochemical and infectious screening (TORCH, Hepatitis B, and C) were normal. Second trimester screening at 22 weeks of gestation was also normal, only both uterine resistance indexes were increased. In the 25 weeks of gestation we noticed the debut of asymmetrical IUGR.TA was normal.
