Zusammenfassung

Aims: The appearance of multidrug resistance is a major factor for a poor treatment of hepatoblastoma (HB). The objective of this study was to establish a model for drug resistance in HB cell lines to prove new treatment options in vitro. Methods: NMRI mice bearing HepT1 and HuH6 derived tumors were treated with CisPlatin (CisPt). Viaböe cells were then re-cultured. Cell viability and apoptosis under treatment of CisPt and Doxorubicin was assessed by MTT-Assay and Caspase 3 activity, respectively.
