Service users in longer term rehabilitative care across Europe: what are their experiences of care?

Background/Objectives: Across Europe, the types of treatment provided and standards of care for individuals with chronic and severe mental health problems are varied and are impacted by a country's level of deinstitutionalisation (the increased provision of community-based facilities, rather than hospital care) and budget for mental health care.
