Echocardiography in Pregnant Women During The Process of Physiologic Gestation

Problemstellung: The aim of the work was to estimate behavior of haemocirculation system (mechanical activity of myocardium) of normal pregnant women during the physiological gestation. Methode: 10 healthy non-pregnant fertile women and 32 pregnant women with normal pregnancy at various terms of gestation have been examined by echocardiography. Acuson Aspen and Aloka SSD-1700 have been used. Ergebnisse: Main indices of the mechanic activity (CI and EF) of myocardium decrease in the first trimester of physiological gestation.
