First experience with bag-in-the lens IOL

Purpose: To evaluate incidence of secondary cataract development after bag-in-the lens IOL implantation. Methods: Ten eyes were operated. Age of patients was from 20 to 75 years. Cataract surgery was performed with phacoemulsification machine Legasy Everest (Alcon). Diameter of anterior and posterior CCC was 5mm. Anterior CCC was guided with Tasignon or Jašinskas calipers ring, that was fixed to anterior lens capsule with long-molecular-chain OVD.
