Doppler ductal ultrasound and breast sono-elastography in early detection of infracentimetric breast cancer and the evaluation of malignancy risk in benign conditions

The aim: To illustrate correlations between various benign conditions of the breast, of all ages and both sexes, saw on ductal Doppler ultrasound (DDUS), and eventually simultaneous malignant lesions or different endocrine disorders, as a preliminary study in order to differentiate the simple benign from the premalignant lesions.
