Study of transplantation of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells into hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy newborn rats

Objectives: 1. To collect the umbilical cord blood from newborns and separate the mesenchymal stem cells from it with Ficoll-Hypaque centrifuge. 2. To culture and proliferate the umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells in vitro. 3. To certify the differentiation potential of mesenchymal stem cells into neural system cells with induction in vitro. 4.
