Hypoplastic right heart in the recipient of a monochorionic Twin Pregnancy with Twin-Twin-Transfusion-Syndrom (TTTS)

Purpose: To discuss the Pathophysiology of Hypoplastic Right Herat (HRH) in Monochorionic (MC) Twins wih TTTS. Methods: Case Report and Review of Literature. Case report: The 18-year old primigravid was referred to our centre at 15+2 weeks of gestation (wks) with a MC twin pregnancy and suspected TTTS. At this point one fetus had borderline polyhydramnios, increased bladder size, and intermittend reverse a-wave in the ductus venosous, while the other fetus demonstrated oligohydramnios and a small bladder.
