A Short History of the International Balint Federation (and how it changed my life)

Summary My first experience of “International Balint” was taking part in a demonstration group at a large International Congress in Paris. Subsequently, I was persuaded to take on the post of International Federation treasurer and I have been closely involved ever since. The Federation was started in the early 1970s with the aim of helping Balint enthusiasts in different countries to keep in touch and share their experiences.
