An Innovative Surgical-plasty Technique for the Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament

Aim The development and the experimental application of an innovative surgical ACL reconstruction technique based on the results of an anthropometric study for the tibial insertion of the ACL. Methods: The rationale of the reported technique was based on the reproduction of the insertion characteristics of the natural ACL, by using a pair of grafts with common origin and different insertions (Δ-plasty).
