Zusammenfassung

Ziele: To compare ferucarbotran-enhanced MR imaging and triple-phase helical CT using multi-detector row CT for the preoperative detection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methode: Thirty consecutive patients with a total of 45 HCC nodules underwent ferucarbotran (Revovist)-enhanced MR imaging including dynamic study and triple-phase helical CT using multi-detector row CT before surgery. The diagnosis of HCC was established by means of pathologic examination after surgical resection in all patients.
