Reproductive outcome after laparoscopic surgery for ovarian endometriosis – retrospective study

Objective: To evaluate our clinical results and reproductive outcome after laparoscopic surgery for ovarian endometriosis in infertile women. Design: Analytic retrospective study. Results: Surgical treatment in infertile patient should be conservative as much as possible. Laparoscopic surgery has the potential to achieve very good results in the treatment of endometriomas.
