Marrow Biopsy in Granulomatous Disorders: When and Why?

Marrow-biopsy to a rare kind of biopsies used in diagnostics of Granulomatous Disorders. 269 biopsies were done at our Center as routine method of analysis when diffusive pathology in lungs was detected. Methods: 57 analytical investigations were done among 269 marrow biopsies in connection with Granulomatous: 28 biopsies (or 49,1%) were positive.
