Multifocal IOL's mix and match

Purpose: To evaluate patient satisfaction and visual performance on custom mixed multifocal IOL. Methods: From 01/2007 to 12/2007, 27 patients were implanted with one eye ReZoom®/Array (AMO) for near, intermediate and distance vision and one eye Tecnis®MF (AMO) for near and distance vision. The mean follow up period were 4 months. Patient satisfaction on custom mixed multifocal IOL was evaluated by means of visual performance and subjective questionnaire.
