Zusammenfassung

Introduction: Secondary structural damage has been reported in several studies of temporal lobe epilepsy and unilateral hippocampal sclerosis. We wanted to investigate white matter changes following temporal lobe surgery in patients with medial temporal lobe epilepsy applying diffusion tensor imaging (DTI).
