Zusammenfassung

Purpose: To estimate diagnostic opportunities echography of kidneys and a blood-groove at congenital anomalies of kidneys. To 21child with anomalies of kidneys (1–17 years) complex inspection was lead. Ultrasonic was spent on the scanner Hitachi EUB-6500. We used B-mode, mode Color Doppler (CD), spectral Doppler (SD) mode. By means SD mode estimated speeds of a blood-groove and vascular indexes in a renal arteries, in segmentary and intershare arteries. By means CD estimated structure of arterial figure of a kidney.
