Introduction: Vitamin C is not synthesised by human body, its' need has to be covered by nutrition. Today vitamin C deficiency is considered to be part of history. Occurrence of people with this disease is not already count with. At present, blood level of vitamin C is not measured in Hungarian laboratories.
