Eligibility and safety of sofosbuvir in a real-world single center cohort of patients with advanced cirrhosis, including decompensated cirrhosis

Background: With the approval of sofosbuvir (SOF) effective treatment with and without interferon has become available. We aim to assess the eligibility and safety of a SOF based therapy in patients (pts) with primarily advanced liver cirrhosis, including decompensated cirrhosis, in a real world setting.
