Abstract Radiographic increase in the size of tibial and femoral tunnels has been observed. The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the correlation of bone tunnel enlargement and the level of fixation of the bone plug following endoscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with patellar tendon autograft. We evaluated 60 patients, 37 men and 23 women, with an average age of 25 years (16 - 36 years). Radiographs were obtained at one year postoperative evaluation.
