Change in corneal high-order aberrations after myopic, hyperopic and wavefront-guided LASIK

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of LASIK on anterior corneal high-order aberrations in myopic, hyperopic and wavefront-guided procedures. Methods: In a retrospective study, 3rd to 5th high-order aberrations were extracted using the CT view program (Sarver & Associates, Inc.) from the preoperative and 1-month postoperative corneal topographic maps of 45 eyes that had undergone LASIK.
