Zusammenfassung

Purpose: Interarticular corticosteroid injection made by distension artrography and early aggressive rehabilitation program is the golden standard for the conservative treatment of adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder. But decreasing of the shoulder value makes difficult the correct interarticular placement. Binders group showed more then 50% interarticular injections in patients with AC is not fit the joint.
