Aims: Discovery of miRNAs represents a new step to clarify mechanisms of intracellular regulation of several factors involved in cellular processes. Hsa-let-7b is an oncosuppressor miRNA that is able to down-regulate the expression of proteins identified as regulators of proliferation, embryonic development and tumor progression.
