Zusammenfassung

Aim is to analyze nucleotides (AMP, IMP, GMP, ADP, GDP, UTP, ATP, GTP) in erythrocytes in pregnant women with PIH as well as the presence of urine acid in the serum and urine. Methods: Determination of nucleotides, using spectrophotometric method according to Kohn was applied. Concentrations of urine acid in the serum and urine, as well as the total secreted urine acid in 24 hr. urine was also analyzed spectrophotometrically.
