Zusammenfassung

[Case] A 30-year-old, gravida 0 para 0, woman achieved a pregnancy after IVF-ET. A ultrasonographic examination at the first trimester revealed dichorionic triplet pregnancy included with M-D twin. Estimated fetal body weight (EFBW) discordance between two fetuses of MD twin (fII,fIII) was detected at 23 weeks gestation. Because the fetal growth of fIII got worth at 25 weeks gestation, the patient was admitted to the hospital. On admission EFBW of fI, fII and fIII were 653g, 554g and 403g.
