Zusammenfassung

Combined Calcipotriol/Dithranol/UVB Treatment Versus Dithranol/UVB Treatment Alone in Psoriasis Vulgaris In an open clinical trial including 10 patients with psoriasis vulgaris the therapeutic efficacy of a combination of calcipotriol, dithranol and UVB phototherapy was compared to that of dithranol and UVB phototherapy alone. All patients received both regimens with right/left comparison of preselected lesions on corresponding extremities. The clinical evaluation was based on erythema, infiltration, scaling and plaque area by means of a modified PASI sum score. Evaluations were done once weekly for four weeks.…
