Zusammenfassung

Problemstellung: Evaluation of possible diagnostic benefits of 3-D rendered Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) Images Methoden: CEUS (2.4mL Sonovue, Altana) was performed in 30 pts with hypervascular liver lesions (8 FNH, 6 hemangiomas, 2 HCC, 14 mets, sized 1.5cm –5cm). After conventional B-mode examination and 2-D CEUS (LOGIQ 9,GE Healthcare), CEUS 3-D volume data sets were recorded during the arterial phase (AP), portal venous (PVP) and late phase (LP) using a motor driven probe (Voluson 730 Expert, GE Healthcare).
