Zusammenfassung
Problemstellung: The cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS) is caused by a compromise of the ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel. Though clinical diagnosis might be clear in severe cases, borderline patients are problematical for the clinician. Though the role of high resolution ultrasound (HRUS) is clear for the exclusion of secondary forms of CuTS, its benefit for the definition of primary CuTS still is vague. Patienten und Methode: In this prospective study, we assessed the dimensions and inner structural abnormalities of the ulnar nerve by HRUS.
